Our menu based on wild meat from Quebec will surely satisfy the lavish gourmet and the finest palate. Sea-pie, bison paupiettes, sliced deer, wapiti or bison meat, pheasant, wild meat terrines or rabbit saucisses, our menu will certainly bring out the beast in you. Root vegetables, pot herbs, wild…rice, will follow our delicious maple mignardises.
